ACME PLAYER SERVICES, LLC is currently looking for highly motivated individuals who display leadership qualities. We are recruiting for both experienced and inexperienced Gaming associates to join the ACME team at Hawaiian Gardens Casino. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING. ACME PLAYER SERVICES, LLC is seeking detail oriented individuals with excellent customer services skills and effective communication skills. Our opportunity requires a flexible schedule based on a 24-hours/7-days a week operation. Experience is not required but desired. If you are inexperienced but have the determination and motivation, we will train you with pay. Familiarity with cards is preferred. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Participating and monitoring table action on casino floor to ensure accuracy. Protect the game for all participants by watching for irregularities. Administer the handling of casino chips and pay-outs to winning customers. Confirm that all losing bets/wagers are collected properly by the dealer. REQUIREMENTS: NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Must be at least 21 years of age to apply for this position. Must be able to secure licensing through state and local agencies. Dis-qualifiers include: felony convictions (no matter how long ago) or a misdemeanor conviction involving dishonesty, or moral turpitude within 10 years of application. Successfully pass a basic math assessment, background check and drug screening. LICENSING FEES: Because you will be working in a casino, registration and licensing fees are mandated by the Department of Justice for a thorough background check. Registrant fees are administered by the California Gambling Control Commission for issuance of the state badge and the fee for this process is $525. We offer a defined payment plan to assist with this fee and the licensing process. City badge process fees for Hawaiian Gardens Casino (ranges between $60-$70). WHAT WE OFFER: Four (4) week part-time training at the rate of $9.00 per hour. Full-time gaming associate position starts at $11 per hour and increases based on previous banking experience, completion of training program and state licensing. Wage matching and hiring bonus for experienced casino bankers.
